By accessing or using Emerald VPS (operating as Emerald Co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Emerald VPS provides API keys that grant access to virtual private server resources, including compute, storage, and networking. Services are provided on a subscription basis according to your selected plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, distribution of malware, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that violates third-party rights.

5. Billing

Depending on the version of your plan and the payment processor handling the transaction, charges will appear on your statement as either SEGPAY or EMERALD CO. The exact descriptor may also vary based on your issuing bank and country of residence. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our 14-day money-back policy on monthly plans.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Emerald Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
